Integrations for your POS and suppliers
Connect Toast, Square, Clover or Oracle Simphony for nightly sales updates. Using another POS? Import its sales from a CSV or Excel file instead. Forward supplier invoices into Jery and send orders to your reps without leaving the app.

Read-only connections that never change your POSNo extra connection fees from Jery
How a POS connection works
Connect, read-only
Connect Square by signing in through Square. For Toast, Clover and Simphony, create read-only API credentials in your POS and add them to Jery. Once connected, Jery can read your sales but cannot change anything in your POS.
Bring in your history
Choose how far back to bring in your sales history, so Jery can start comparing periods and building forecasts without waiting months for new data.
Match each item once
Jery suggests a match between each POS item and the drink or bottle in your bar. Review the match once and Jery remembers it. If the item doesn't exist yet, Jery prepares a draft for you to review.
More ways Jery fits into your bar
Invoices & suppliers
Invoices and price lists arrive by email. Orders go to your reps.
- Forwarding addressEvery bar gets its own Jery email address. Forward supplier invoices or price lists straight into the review queue.
- Upload or chatUpload PDFs, photos or spreadsheets directly, or send them through Ask Jery. Duplicate invoices are flagged for review.
- Supplier price listsImport thousands of supplier prices at once. Jery matches updates to products you already buy, leaving anything unmatched for review.
- Orders to suppliersSend supplier orders directly from Jery or download them as Excel or CSV files. Receive deliveries against the original order to keep stock accurate.
- Exchange ratesForeign-currency invoices are converted using the European Central Bank's exchange rate for their date. Jery shows the rate used, and you can adjust it.
Spreadsheets & your accountant
Bring your existing data into Jery and export what you need for reporting, accounting or your own records.
- Spreadsheets inImport your existing inventory from Excel or CSV, with every row available to review before saving.
- Invoice exportExport approved invoice lines as a categorized CSV, or download the original documents with a summary for your accountant.
- Spreadsheets outExport sales, stock counts, current inventory and supplier orders as Excel or CSV files.
Devices & sign-in
Phones on the floor, a laptop at the desk, and the scanner by the shelf.
- iPhone and AndroidRun the bar, count stock and use Ask Jery from your phone.
- Sign-inA one-time code by email, or Google. No passwords.
- Barcode scannersScan bottles with your phone's camera, a USB or Bluetooth scanner, or another phone connected through a QR code. During a stock count, scanning opens the matching bottle.
Does my POS work if it isn't connected?
If your POS exports sales as CSV or Excel, you can import the file into Jery. Jery reads the columns, shows you a preview and flags anything that needs checking before the data is saved. Once you've confirmed the format, Jery remembers it for next time.
- Duplicate imports are caughtJery recognizes files you've already imported, and an overlapping file replaces the days it covers, so the same sales aren't counted twice.
- Late-night sales stay on the right nightSales made after midnight stay with the correct trading day, so Saturday's results still reflect Saturday night's service.
- Guest counts and check totals tooWhere your POS includes them, Jery can import guest counts and individual check totals alongside sales.

What do I need on my POS side?
Square connects through a sign-in with access to your location. Clover requires permission to create an API token. Toast requires Restaurant Management Suite Essentials or higher and suitable API access. Simphony may require a separate Oracle API subscription. Clover's API is open in North America, Europe and Latin America, and Toast's to US restaurants only.
How often do sales arrive?
Connected POS systems sync once a night. You can also use Sync now to pull the latest sales, or upload a file whenever you need to. The sales calendar shows which days have data.
Can Jery change anything on my POS?
No. Connections are read-only. Jery suggests prices but never pushes them to the POS, and the price there is always yours to change.
Do I pay extra for a connection?
No. Jery includes POS connections in every plan, with no extra connection or per-user fees. Your POS provider may require a particular subscription or charge separately for API access. See pricing.
What happens if a sync fails?
Jery retries automatically. If the connection keeps failing, it pauses the sync and shows the problem on your sales calendar, so missing data doesn't go unnoticed. You can import a sales file to fill the gap.
