Not on your own. During early access bars join by application, and whoever runs your bar makes the call. Apply with them, or send them the page written for bartenders.

Sign in with a one-time code Jery emails you, or with Google. There's no password. Sign up from the invite and you land straight in your bar. An invite stays open for 31 days; if yours has lapsed, ask for a new one.

No. Ask for a change and Jery lists exactly what it will do; nothing saves until a person approves it, and cancel writes nothing. Where a change applies live, like a menu design, Jery shows it first or leaves it one undo away. Every record keeps a History, and Jery's edits are labeled as Jery's.

Jery reads the spec. Allergens come from the ingredients, through every house batch in the drink. Missing data shows as a blank, never as "none", and allergens Jery suggested stay marked unverified until a person confirms them.

Yes. Scan a bottle on the shelf and Jery finds it in your inventory and asks how much is left; scan one you don't stock yet and Jery adds it, with its name, size and strength filled in. You can also count by tap or out loud, part bottles included. Stock & counts.

From what you paid. Each bottle's price comes from your approved invoices, and the cost rolls up through every house batch in the drink, however deep. If a bottle has no price or size, the drink reads incomplete instead of Jery guessing.

Approve the invoice once and every drink and batch that uses the product re-costs. Past the threshold you set, Jery names the published drinks it hits, the margin before and after, and the selling price that restores it. The menu price stays your call.

From the drink's cost and your target margin, rounded the way you choose. The price is always yours to set. With tax tracking on, margins show with tax already backed out, so you see what the bar actually keeps. Menus & design.
