Where the week goes wrong

A supplier raises a price and nobody re-costs the menu.

Know which drinks a price increase hits

Approve the invoice and Jery shows which drinks now cost more, and what you'd need to charge to restore their margins.

Invoices & prices

The count came up short again, and the owner wants to know why.

See where the stock doesn't add up

See what's unaccounted for, what it's worth and which records need checking before anyone calls it a loss.

Stock & counts

Everyone has a drink they'd cut, and nobody has the numbers.

Settle the menu debate with numbers

See what each drink sells and earns at the prices guests actually paid, then decide what stays, moves or needs work.

Sales & menu engineering

Your week, in Jery

The work is familiar: deliveries to check, stock to count and a menu to plan. Jery puts the numbers and the next step in the same place, so you can get on with the job.

  1. Every delivery

Check the invoice before you approve it

Forward the invoice to your bar's own address, or snap it on the way in. Jery reads every line, checks the math, sets freight aside and shows what will change before you approve it.

Once approved, the new price updates every drink and house batch that uses the ingredient. You can also export the approved invoices for your accountant.

  2. Sunday close

    Count, then send the order

Your team counts shelf by shelf on their phones, by tapping, scanning a barcode or calling out quantities. Finish the count and Jery drafts the orders from your par levels, grouped by supplier and rounded to whole bottles.

Check it, send it to the rep from Jery, and receive the delivery against it when it lands.

  3. Monday

Read what sold and what it earned

Sales come in nightly from your POS, or you can upload a file. Once you've matched a POS item to a drink, Jery remembers it. Compare last week's results with the week before, last year or your usual trading pattern.

With about eight weeks of sales, Jery posts a few findings overnight: a record night, comps running hot, a steady seller gone quiet.

  4. Every menu change

    Write the next menu

Build your next menu from drinks you've already costed. See each drink's margin and a suggested selling price as you work, then design the menu using ingredients and details from your recipes.

Print the finished menu or publish a QR version for guests. You can also print a spec book for the team, using the same recipes.

Questions bar managers ask

More in the FAQ.

How long does setup take?

Most of it is reviewing. Bring your recipe book, menu or stock sheet, or scan your bottles to get started. Jery prepares drafts for you to check before anything is saved. If it can't read something, it leaves it for you to review. You can even start with one drink.

Does it work with my POS?

Toast, Square, Clover and Oracle Simphony connect directly and sync sales nightly. Using another POS? Export your sales as CSV or Excel, upload the file, and Jery remembers the format for next time. Integrations.

I don't own the bar. Can I still bring Jery in?

Yes. Share our Owners & finance page with whoever approves new tools. It explains what Jery can show them, what setup involves and what it costs. They can apply for the bar from there.

What if Jery misreads an invoice?

Jery flags anything it isn't sure about and shows the original invoice text beside it. You can review the lines and correct mistakes before approving. If a wrong price or pack size slips through, you can still fix it afterward.

Can I decide what my team sees?

Yes. You decide what each role can see and do. The floor might have access to specs and counts but not costs, while a head bartender can edit batches. Every change still shows who made it.

What does it cost?

Early access is free, with no card. Plans start at $149 per bar a month, billed annually, with your whole team included. Bars that join now become founding bars and keep 30% off list for 12 months on annual billing, once billing starts. See pricing.
