Cocktail menu maker
Build your cocktail menu from drinks you've already costed. Jery suggests prices based on your target margin, fills in ingredients, ABV and allergens from your recipes, and lets you print the finished design or publish it as a QR menu.

Where menus and recipes drift apart
The recipe changed and the menu description didn't.
The menu reads from the recipe
Ingredients, ABV and allergens come straight from your recipes. When a spec changes, Jery updates the menu draft and adjusts the layout.
We found out what the new drink costs after the menu printed.
Cost, price and margin on every line before it prints
See each drink's cost, selling price and margin before you publish. Jery suggests prices based on your target margin and shows when an ingredient is missing a cost.
The QR codes on the tables still open last season's menu.
Republish, and the same printed code opens the new one
Publish an updated menu without replacing the QR codes on your tables. Jery also shows when your design has unpublished changes.
From first draft to finished menu
Create each drink once, then use its recipe to set prices, design the menu and get it ready for guests.
- Draft
Write the new specs as drafts
Build the drinks and house batches for your next menu. Jery calculates ABV, serving volume and allergens from the recipes where the information is available. If a house ingredient is missing a spec or price, the drink stays marked as not ready.
If information is missing, Jery leaves it blank rather than making up a value.
- Price
Build the menu and price each line
Add cocktails, spirits and wines by the glass or bottle. See the cost, price and margin for every item, then set a target margin and rounding rule. Jery suggests a selling price for each line, and you decide whether to use it.
With tax tracking enabled, Jery calculates margins from the selling price excluding sales tax, with country-specific defaults for 23 countries.
- Design
Lay it out in the design studio
Jery pulls ingredients, ABV and allergens from your recipes and lays them out in your chosen design. Wine prices can sit together by glass and bottle, and longer sections flow onto the next page automatically.
Ask Jery to change the layout, move wines onto their own page or adjust the typography. You can undo any design change in one step. Show Jery a menu you like, and it can create a similar style using your own drinks.
Print menus, publish QR, share specs
Publishing protects the drinks on your live menu. Jery stops changes that would leave a published drink without a valid cost and shows you which drink needs attention. Print files, QR menus and staff spec books all come from the same recipes.
- PrintDigital or print PDF with bleed and crop marks, in A4, A5, Letter, DL, square or your own size.
- QR pagePublish a menu guests can open on their phones without an app. The QR code stays the same when you publish a new version, while guests only see the latest published menu.
- Spec book and quick referenceA page per drink, house batches at the back, or the whole menu on a few pages for the rail. No money shown.
Cocktail and drink menu templates
Start with a template from Jery's gallery or reuse last season's design. Your costed drinks fill in automatically, with ingredients, ABV and allergens taken from their recipes. Unlike a static template, the menu stays connected to the information behind every drink.
Choose from simple text layouts, photo cards and a wide range of fonts. Save your designs as templates, reuse individual pages and share the same look across multiple bars.
Menu maker questions
Do I have to type the current menu in?
No. Upload a PDF, spreadsheet or photo of your current menu. Jery turns it into draft recipes and a priced menu for you to review. It uses only prices shown in the original and saves nothing until you import it.
If a bottle goes up, does the menu price change too?
Not automatically. When you approve a supplier invoice, Jery updates the affected recipe costs and margins and suggests new selling prices. The prices guests see only change when you choose to update them.
How does Jery handle menu allergens?
Jery calculates allergens from the ingredients in each recipe, including house batches, using the EU and UK 14 allergens and the nine major US allergens. If information is missing, Jery leaves it blank rather than marking the ingredient as allergen-free. Anything Jery suggests stays unverified until someone on your team confirms it.
Will Jery change my drinks or my design on its own?
No. Jery shows proposed changes before saving them. You can undo design changes you've requested, and publishing always requires your approval.
