Jery vs BevSpot
BevSpot brings inventory, ordering and POS integrations together for bars and restaurants. Jery focuses on the cocktail program, connecting house-batch costing, prep planning and menus to the same recipes.
Jery might be a better fit if
- Your cocktails use house batches, and you want their costs to update automatically.
- You want Jery to read supplier invoices and check the totals before you approve them.
- You want your sales forecast to guide what the team preps.
- You want menus designed and printed from the same recipes used for costing.

Questions
More in the FAQ.
Does Jery send orders to my vendors like BevSpot?
Yes. Jery builds orders from your par levels or the nights you've planned. You can check and send them to suppliers, then use those orders to receive deliveries.
Is my POS supported?
Toast, Square, Clover and Oracle Simphony connect directly and sync nightly, with more connectors on the way. Any other POS works from its sales export as CSV or Excel. See integrations.
Can I count by scanning barcodes?
Yes. Scan a bottle to count it, or scan a new one to add it. Counting by tap or out loud works too, area by area.
Can Jery cost a drink that uses a house syrup?
Yes. Jery costs each house syrup or pre-batch as its own recipe, then includes that cost in every drink that uses it. The same applies when one batch contains another. ABV, dilution and allergens also carry through the recipes.
Does Jery do food?
Jery is built for drinks. Food sales from the same POS can be grouped under Food with an estimated margin, so they're included in the night's totals.
